These terms govern your use of StrykeIQ, a desktop fishing-intelligence and mission-planning application and related services provided by Vyper Technologies LLC ("Vyper", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
You're responsible for keeping your password and your encrypted-backup passphrase safe. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction. One subscription is for one person's use across that subscription's allotted device slots.
Your subscription grants a non-transferable license to run StrykeIQ on the number of devices included in your plan (currently two). Licenses are device-bound; you may remove a device from your account to free a slot. We may revoke a license if a subscription lapses or these terms are violated.
StrykeIQ is a planning aid, not a primary means of navigation. Charts, forecasts, scores, and routes may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always carry proper marine navigation equipment, monitor official NOAA/NWS sources, and use your own judgment on the water. You are solely responsible for your safety and your vessel.
StrykeIQ, its scoring intelligence, and related methods are the property of Vyper Technologies LLC and are protected by patent-pending and trade-secret rights. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the software or its outputs.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyper is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
